Refund, Cancellation & Exchange  

You can return items purchased from caviokids.com for any reason within 10 days after receiving the product. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its original condition along with tags, and packaging.   

Process to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: We offer a free pick up service.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse and after the quality check, we will confirm that we have received your product and your refund will be processed.
  • All refunds will be credited in your source account within 7-10 days from the time of order returned.
  • If you have done online payment via any mode, the amount will be refunded to that source you have opted to do the payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, you will be requested for your bank account details in which you will be receiving the amount.

The following are the do’s and don’ts to this Policy:-

  • Any product to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • Caviokids will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Caviokids would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.

 

Exchange Policy:- 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return the product which you have and obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
